What it does

You run a site where dangerous work needs a signed permit first, and right now that means paper forms and spreadsheets. This system puts it on one shared board your whole team can see. A requester asks for a permit, answers the safety checks, picks the PPE and says who does the work. An approver checks the work area and approves it. Work starts, the requester signs it off, and only the General Manager gives the final sign-off. Where a job needs a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS), the permit cannot be approved until the RAMS is.
